Circus Factory Indemnity

All persons must complete and sign an indemnity form prior
to participating in activities at Circus Factory.  For all
persons under the age of 18 years, the indemnity must be
signed by a parent or legal guardian.

I/We, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that certain risks of
injury are inherent in participation in circus skills activities.  These
types of injuries may be minor or serious (including injury that may
result in death) and may result from one's own actions or the actions
or inactions of others, or a combination of both.

I/We understand that the rules and regulations as displayed in the
Circus Factory training space, are designed for the safety and
protection of participants and hereby undertake to abide by these
rules and regulations.

I/We hereby acknowledge being physically fit and understand that
the choice to participate brings with it the assumption of those risks
and results which are part of these activities.

I/We agree that Circus Factory and its employees shall not be
liable for any injury to my person or loss or damage to my
personal property arising from, or resulting from my participation
on these activities.

Conditions of Entry

Listed below are Circus Factory’s conditions of entry. Please read each point carefully. To proceed with your booking is to accept all the terms and conditions listed below. If you would like to query our terms and conditions, please call 02 9482 1999.

1. Accounts must be settled in full on the day of the party concluding the head count.
2. Deposits are non refundable. The re-scheduling of parties is permitted provided notice is given more than 14 days from the party date.
3. Patrons must follow the instructions of Circus Factory staff at all times.
4. Adults are strictly prohibited from using or playing with the circus equipment.
5. The party booker may be responsible for the replacement cost of any goods or fittings damaged or broken during the party period. (Reasonable wear & tear exempt).
6. The consumption of food and drink beyond the mezzanine and party room areas is not permitted.
7. Due to soft play flooring, stiletto or high heel shoes are not permitted inside the venue.
8. All food waste and scraps from the kitchenette and party room areas are to be placed in the bins provided.
9. Food not permitted; Jelly, Fairy Floss, Peanut Products, Chewing gum, Pop Corn.
10. The management of Circus Factory accepts no responsibility for the preparation, the quality, type or safety of any food or drinks provided by the party bookers.
11. Confetti & party poppers are not permitted.
12. Party bags and presents are to be taken off site before opening.
13. We reserve the right to deny entry to any child who’s parents fail to provide a signed copy of an indemnity form.
14. We reserve the right to deny entry to any individuals. We reserve the right to ask patrons to leave the venue at any time.
15. Patrons are permitted entry to the venue no more than 10 minutes prior to the start time of their party.
16. Patrons are required to vacate the venue no more than 5 minutes after the completion of their party. Failure to depart the venue on time may result in additional charges.
17. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to charge the client $22.50 per every 15 minutes to clean above and beyond acceptable levels of mess.
18. Easy Party packages permit up to 25 children and 12 adults to attend a 1.5hr party. Adults numbering more than 20 will incur an additional charge of $20.00 per guest. Catering for attending guests is permitted.
19. Easy Party Plus packages permit up to 25 children and 20 adults to attend a 2hr party. Adults numbering more than 10 will incur an additional charge of $20.00 per guest. Catering for attending guests is permitted.
20. Friends & Family Party packages permit up to 55 guests which may include up to 20 children (max.) to attend a 3 hr party. Catering for attending guests is permitted. Children over 2 years are included in the head count as one of the guests.
21. Friends & Family Party packages must be paid for in full at time of booking.
