How will your party run?
The CIRCUS FACTORY experience begins as the children walk the red carpet and are enthusiastically greeted at the door by our 2 party hosts. The fun and games are ready to begin!
Your guests will have exclusive use of our purpose-built venue where they will experience:
- Interactive warm up games to kick things off
- Aerial activities fully supervised by our trained party hosts:
– Trapeze: an aerial swing used by circus acrobats
– Lira: a suspended aerial hoop
- Free time where the children have access to the various circus activities including juggling, hula hoops, devil sticks, Pedal-Go and Diablo
- And last but not least, the all time favourite – Jumping Castle
Each party goes for 1 hour 40 minutes.
Enter the party room...
After 1 hour of fun and frivolity, the party moves to the party room, where the party table is fully set up for you.
Circus Factory supplies:
- Tables, chairs, table cloths, serviettes, plates, cups and table decorations
- Kitchen utensils, candles, matches and knives to cut your birthday cake
- Tea and coffee making supplies
- Access to full sized fridge, sink and microwave
- A complimentary snack of chips and cordial is provided for each child
Catering options
You are welcome to self-cater your party – this is actually the preference of most parents. Feel free to contact us for self-catering ideas that work well. Our party hosts will serve and supervise the children whilst they are eating, so you can sit back and relax.
However, catering can be arranged for you at an additional cost with 14 days notice. Please contact us to discuss catering options.
How much does it cost?
Our party packages are $295 for 10 children. Should you wish to invite more than 10 children, please contact us for pricing. The maximum number per party is 25 children.
The price include:
- Exclusive access of the venue and the activities
- 2 Party Hosts in circus-themed costumes
- Complimentary chips and cordial
- Decorated party table including table settings
- Glossy invitations (pictured right)
How do you book your party?
Parties can be booked over the phone or by email. A deposit of $150 will confirm your party. Your booking is not confirmed, and your time is not guaranteed, until you have paid your $150 deposit.
You can pay by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable but you are able to change the date and time, depending on availability, with10 days notice. Changes within 10 days are at the discretion of management.

Before your party...
- Send out party invitations to all of your guests. Glossy invitations will be supplied prior to your party date.
- Advise guests that bike shorts, tights or loose fitting long trousers are preferrable as are comfortable tops or t-shirts. Party dresses are not the best clothing for the circus!
- Please confirm the total number of children attending the party no later than the Wednesday prior to your party.
On the day of your party...
- All Indemnity Forms must be filled out and signed by the parent/ guardian for entry to the circus space – these can be found on the flip side of the Invitation.
- Because we only run one party at a time, please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your party start time. Also, please assist our staff by leaving the venue promptly once the party is over.
- Bring a large bag or laundry basket to collect your presents.
- There is ample street parking on weekends and there is also parking at the back of the building.
- For any special requirements, please advise our Party Hosts on arrival.
