Self-Catering
- At Circus Factory, we allow parents to self-cater their party at no extra cost. This way, you can ensure that any dietary needs your guests may have are met. Jelly and fairy floss are not permitted.
Complimentary
- We provide a complimentary snack of chips and a cordial drink for each child.
Birthday Cake
- We are able to provide a Birthday Cake on request. (Ice cream & sponge cakes.)
Hot Food
- A popular catering option chosen by many parents is to order pizza. If you would like to do this, please call Pizza Hut at Hornsby on 1300749924 or Domino Pizza at Mt Colah on 94507666 for delivery.
Tea & Coffee
- There are facilities to make tea and coffee in our kichenette. Please provide your own tea, coffee, sugar and milk if required.
Circus Factory Snack Packs
- If you would rather not self-cater, we offer the easy and tasty option of purchasing our party snack boxes at $9.50 per child. Each snack box contains the following:
- Packet of chips
- Fruit bar
- Muffin bar
- Popper drink
- Bag of lollies
Please enquire when booking your party if you would like to purchase snacks.
Do I need to bring plates & cups?
No. Our Party Room is decorated and equipped to accommodate up to 25 children per party. We set the party room up so that when your guests arrive it is ready and waiting with:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Tablecloths
- Serviettes
- Plates
- Cups
- Table Decorations
- Kitchen utensils
- Candles
- Matches
- Knives to cut your birthday cake
- Complimentary snack of chips and a cordial drink for each child
Kitchenette
For your convenience a fully functional kitchenette is available for all parties, including;

- Hot Water
- Microwave Oven
